These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cc444 ("cc444", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cc444 online gaming platform at cc444.asia and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2.Eligibility

2.2 You may not use cc444 if you are located in, or are a resident of, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction. cc444 accepts no liability for participation by players in prohibited jurisdictions.

2.3 cc444 may, at its absolute discretion, require documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of funds pending completion of the verification process.

2.4 Employees, directors, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of cc444 and its affiliated companies are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotional offers.

3.Account Registration

3.1 To access the full cc444 Platform, you must register a personal account via the cc444 Login page. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep such information up to date.

3.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) cc444 account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cc444 login credentials. You must notify cc444 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. cc444 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to protect your login details.

3.4 You must not allow any other person, including minors, to access or use your cc444 account.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 All transactions on cc444 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability.

4.2 Minimum deposit amounts are as published in the cc444 Cashier at the time of transaction. cc444 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification. cc444 may apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Processing times depend on the selected payment method and are not guaranteed.

4.4 You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.5 cc444 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account before processing withdrawals, particularly where unusual account activity is detected.

5.Betting Rules

5.1 All bets placed on cc444 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that event or product. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to bet settlement.

5.2 cc444 reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any bet at its absolute discretion, including where technical errors, manifest pricing errors, or suspicious betting patterns are identified.

5.3 Bet settlement decisions made by cc444 are final. All sports results are determined by reference to official sources. For cricket events including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, and Tests, the relevant cricket board's official result is the settlement reference.

5.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and player tier and are displayed within the relevant product interface at the time of placing a bet.

5.5 In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, you may submit a formal complaint to cc444 support within seven (7) days of the relevant settlement date.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 cc444 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside the promotion.

6.2 Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before the associated funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and validity periods are specified in each promotional offer.

6.3 cc444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if there is reason to believe the offer is being abused or exploited, including through coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, or multi-accounting.

6.4 Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless and until any applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cc444 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform while located in a prohibited jurisdiction
• Allowing a minor to access or use your cc444 account
• Registering or operating more than one cc444 account
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other technological means to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of corruption related to sporting events
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity through cc444
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds for financial gain
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cc444 staff or other players

8.Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the cc444 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and structural layouts, is the exclusive intellectual property of cc444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other rights are granted.

8.3 You must not reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any cc444 content without prior written authorisation from cc444.

9.Privacy & Data

9.1 cc444's collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy.

9.2 By using cc444, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

10.Responsible Gaming

11.Limitation of Liability

11.2 cc444 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure availability and accuracy, temporary downtime, technical errors, and maintenance windows may occur.

11.3 cc444's total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.Termination

12.1 cc444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.

12.2 You may close your cc444 account at any time by contacting support. Withdrawal of any remaining verified balance is subject to standard processing procedures and identity verification requirements.

12.3 Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property rights, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall remain in effect following account closure.

13.Governing Law

13.1 These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations as referenced by cc444's licensing framework. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through cc444's complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration.

13.2 Nothing in these Terms shall create any rights enforceable by third parties.
